A Commitment to Quality

We stand behind the quality of every product we make. That starts right from the wood we use. Only the finest Western Pine and Western red cedar—kiln dried to stabilize and strengthen the wood—is used in our products.

Warranty

We warrant our products to be free from any defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase, with normal use and maintenance. This does not include: customer-applied paints and stains, environmental damage, improper installation, inappropriate use, naturally occurring changes to wood components, damage from shipping or poor handling, and any other items beyond our control.

All Visscher products features traditional wood-crafting, incorporating tongue-and-groove joints, mitred corners, and beveled roof panels, ensuring strength, durability, stability, tight fit, and visual appeal. We use the best available pre-stained, kiln-dried, select tight knot Western Red Cedar or Western Pine components which are ready for your choice of finish.

Assembly as easy as 1, 2, 3...

Our kits come partially assembled, so all you have to do is assemble the pre-built components using a screwdriver or drill. Along with easy-to-follow instructions, we supply all the screws, as well as a convenient screwdriver bit to attach to your drill.
